Member Area

Your Member Area is like having your own private online community and a learning center right on your website.  Just like social media groups, you can control who sees what in your member area and how they get in. You and your members can use the website or the free app to participate.

Your member area can be used for getting leads, nurturing prospects, building a community, and delivering your courses, content, or programs, whether they are paid or free, or live or recorded.

See the bottom of this article for a picture showing how the member area is organized.

Vaults

Your member area is divided into vaults.  A vault is its own community and learning center within your member area, similar to what a Facebook group might be. You can control who is in each vault and how people enter the vault. Vaults may be opened for public registration (which is good for lead generation and nurturing) or you can invite specific contacts to vaults.  Vault access may be free or paid, and you do have the option of either requiring people to pay to gain vault access, or inviting people directly and optionally providing free access to a paid vault. Payment options to access a vault include one-time, a payment plan, or recurring (indefinite) payment options to create flexible revenue options for your business.

Vaults may contain pages, discussion rooms, or online classes. The content inside each vault may be ordered, and some content can be hidden from the vault content list if you want to link to it from other places; for example, you could hide one of the classes and link to it as a bonus class that only shows up after someone has completed another class.

Pages

A vault can contain one or more pages, which you can use for a variety of purposes. Some of the common uses for pages include vault introductions, community standards, directions, and resources. The pages in a vault are built with the same page editor as the other parts of the system.

Discussion Rooms

A vault can contain one or more discussion rooms as well. A discussion room is similar to the posts in a Facebook group. Since you can have more than one discussion room in a vault, it's possible to establish specific topics for each vault.

Online Classes

Online classes are a great way to educate people and track their progress. Online classes have one or more lessons and may be added to more than one vault.

As people work through the lessons in your classes, you can see their progress in the contact manager and even see what percentage of each video they have watched in a given lesson and what lessons they have opened and what homework they have uploaded.
