Setting Up Two-Way Texting

If you already have or would like to add two-way texting, this article shows you how to set it up and configure it.
Activating
First, to activate it, click the Chat link at the upper right corner of the AttractWell back office, or use this link. It will allow you to search for, select, and activate a phone number for your use. If additional charges are required, the charges will be shown on the screen before you activate two-way texting.
Getting Notifications
Once you have set up your two-way texting, please ensure you have your physical phone's mobile number in your account. Click on your name at the upper right corner of the AttractWell back office, or use this link. Please put your physical phone's mobile number in the field called "mobile phone". This is the number where incoming texts and phone calls will be sent to. If you'd like, feel free to update the field called "website phone" to your two-way texting number if you'd like that number to be shown in your Contact Me form.
Adding 2-way Texting To Your Phone
If you want to add the 2-way texting Chat feature to your phone's home screen so you can access it with all your other apps, click here for instructions on doing that.
Troubleshooting
If incoming texts don't come to your phone, check that the mobile number in your system is your physical phone's number. Click on your name at the upper right corner of the AttractWell back office and verify the mobile number field is your physical phone's number. If you put your 2-way texting number in there, you will not be alerted of incoming texts.
Notification Settings
If you would like to turn off incoming text notifications, stop incoming calls from forwarding to your phone, or shut off opt-out alerts, click on Settings in the My Account menu, then click Two-Way Texting. There will be some settings towards the bottom of the screen there.
