Learn how to upload and use images. If you would like to use Canva to create images, please see these two videos:
Uploading Images on the Fly
- You can upload images directly while working in the editor, whether you're composing an email, creating a text message, or building a page using the Page Builder.
- For example, if you're composing an email, you can easily insert an image by clicking on the Insert Image icon within the editor.
- From there, you can either drop your image into the designated area or browse your image library to select an image that you've previously uploaded.
- If you prefer, you can also add an image from Canva directly into your content by clicking the Add from Canva option. This opens Canva, where you can design your image and then insert it right into your email or page.
Managing Images in Your Content Library
- In addition to uploading images on the fly, you can manage all your images in bulk through the Content Library.
- To access this, navigate to Content Library and click on Images. Here, you can view all your uploaded images, page through them, sort them, and even delete images you no longer need.
- If you click on an image, you'll see a larger preview. You can also select multiple images at once to delete them in bulk. However, note that deleting an image from your library does not remove it from any location where it is already in use. The image will still display in those places; it just won’t be available in your library for future use.
